KickMap Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

KickMap currently ships physical KickMap Trainer™ products to addresses within the United States.

A flat $5.99 Standard Shipping charge applies to each order, regardless of the Trainer pack size purchased.

Order Processing

KickMap Trainer orders are currently packed and fulfilled in-house by the KickMap team.

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days after an order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

Shipping Method

Orders are generally shipped using USPS. Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal conditions.

Processing time is separate from the time an order spends in transit after it has been mailed.

Tracking

Some USPS mailing services used by KickMap may not include end-to-end package tracking. As a result, tracking information may not be available for every order.

If tracking is available for your shipment, it may be included with your shipping confirmation or order information.

Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery timing is subject to postal service operations and conditions. Delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other carrier-related circumstances may occur.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after shipment, please contact KickMap so we can help investigate the shipment.
