KickMap Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your KickMap purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Returns

KickMap Trainer™ products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unapplied, and in their original condition.

Because the KickMap Trainer is an applied training product, Trainers that have already been applied to a soccer ball, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered are generally not eligible for return.

To request a return, please contact KickMap before sending the product back. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by KickMap or a defective or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect item, or your KickMap Trainer arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Please provide your order number and, when helpful, a photo showing the problem.

If we determine that the product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us rather than placing a second order.

For other exchanges, contact us and we will let you know the available options.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered fulfillment or been mailed.

KickMap AI™

KickMap AI™ is currently offered as a free app download and does not involve a purchase through the KickMap Shopify checkout. Therefore, this physical-product return policy does not apply to downloading or using the free KickMap AI app.
